Job Requirements

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Calculate and prepare tax payments
- Estimate and track tax returns
- Complete 3 monthly and annual tax reports
- Store and create a corporate tax database neatly
- Prepare the necessary documents for payment and tax returns
- Identify tax payments to increase profits
- Follow the latest regulations on taxation
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Have work experience as a tax accountant, tax analyst or tax preparer
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient in using Ms Word and Ms Excel
- Have strong analytical skills and good time management
- Ready to target and able to work under pressure
- Have strong numeracy skills
- Detailed and thorough for errors
- Graduated majoring in Accounting / Finance / Taxation
